extra personal inventory space... is it dependent on bag size?

I think you can open up more bag slots/inventory by buying bags... but if I had a bunch of low lvl bags (12 slots) am I stuck and will need to delete a bag if I get a bigger bag later on? (this is if I fill up my bag slots with low cap bags)

seems like these bags are bind on char, so it's not like I can dump em into shared inventory to let another toon use em.

    You have a fixed number of bag positions, once those are filled you need to replace an old bag with a bigger bag to get more inventory space.

    and also in order for a bag to be removed from a slot to change it with another the equipped bag must be empty.

    Also, some bags are "No Sell, No Discard"... so you may wind up with "useless" bags taking up inventory slots once you no longer need them! :(
