So bought Knox adventurer recruitment order on my lvl 70 GWF in zen store, I go to character screen and I can't make lvl 70 char at all, anyone can help me?
Same for me, it says the option is there but it is gray lettering and wont let me highlight it. Losing time already seeing it double everything right now.
I know, I am getting upset now because I missed a whole day of not running that toon for double everything. I made this acct so I could post this issue in Game bugs but it wont let me post, only reply. I sent a report and still no word.
I am having the same issue, except, mine doesn't even show an option anywhere to make a level 70 toon. I bought it last night and though maybe it just needed time. Wrong. Basically it's like I never even bought the thing, except the missing $$$$ from my account, lol..
Can we get an answer please on what is going on?!?! This is alot of money to some of us that was spent and now its going on two days where we cant play this character!
So, I'm guessing this just isn't going to get fixed? For the amount of money people spend on this game you would think customer service would be a little, oh I don't know, more existent?
There are keys to running a business and the consumer can make or break you. Top on the list is customer service and the product/service that is being delivered. This exp has had horrible customer service with a product that was NOT delivered. Even if we knew you were working on it, or we would get it and be comped than I would be ok, but we have been ignored completely, not just here but live chat, facebook, and twitter. All around horrible business practices and services so far for me.

This is just a guess, but it sounds like one or more may have created a regular character and not used the create level 70 button. If the bundle provided the only free slot you had, that would have filled it and caused the button for level 70 to grey out because no character slot would be available. Make sure you have an open character slot or delete a character if you accidentally used it to create a normal character.
I had no problems at all today when I decided to get one. I did do a hard reset after purchase and before using, because I know things on the character screen sometimes do not update without one.
Had an open slot before I bought it. Mine shows 3/6 slots filled and the lvl 70 has the zen mark next to it and grayed out. I know for a fact that they took the 3k zen from me.

Odd. The only 2 reasons I can think of it would be greyed out is no slots or you don't have a level 70 character, but without a 70 you can't buy it so no money should have been taken. So, I'm out of ideas.
I have a GF that is over 3500 and a SW that is over 2200. Also have a lvl 66 DC. I lvled all 3 from lvl 1. A few people have had the same issue on these forums and facebook.
So have you all 1) checked the reward vendor 2) looked in the zen market for anything there you need to click on 3) considered notifying a mod like @kreatyve to see if they can help you out?

I checked the vendors on every character I have, checked market place also. I have posted on ever social media site, talked to live chat everyday and their only response is (they will reply when they can to your ticket). So its been 6 days now and not a single response about what is being done, if it will be fixed or anything. So as of now this whole experience is frustrating, I feel like I and others are being ignored until we just go away.

I filed a ticket on the 26th and asked live help every day about it and all I got was that "they will reply once seen or something equivalent". It is filed under the arc linked to my PS4. I thank you for responding, its nice to see something being done finally.
my ticket number is 161126-002092 and was filed on the 26th. But item was bought on the 25th I believe. Its filed under arc account linked to my gamertag on ps4.
