Stacking Sudden Rings on me and companion

In a question to garlaanx he told me that sudden rings on me and my companion won't stack.
I'm on PS4 Mod10 so I have no sheets and to take a look for myself at my stats at the puppets.

And: They stack... if I can trust my stats.

For example: with sudden both on me and my companion I can reach a crit over 30k. With only on my companion only around 27k.

So why? It's a difference between Mod10 and PS4 / PC with Mod 10.5?

    You can't receive the Sudden/Brutal buff twice. Meaning 2 brutals on yourself won't give you 8k power, same with on your companion. Now with companions you are getting Companions Blessing, not the Brutal buff so the stats are passed to you.

    So yes you can run Sudden Prec and Brutality on yourself and your companion and get the bonuses from both.

    The first I knew...sure... and the second point was the thing I was wondering about.
    It was only the question about wearing the sudden on me AND my companion.

    Because what he sayed was: "You can’t use Sudden rings on yourself and companion. The effects won’t stack together."
