Neverwinter champion charger not on stable

I claimed the neverwinter champion charger from the siege of neverwinter event this morning after a 10 day grind. I claimed the token from my inventory, and my screen indicated I had claimed the reward. When I go to my stable the hoarse is not there. Did I miss something? Is anyone else have this issue? Frustrated.

    Update: I can change to the mount from the 'current tab' BUT under the 'stable tab' the mount doesn't show up. Having five mounts I needed to press triangle to swap out stable and replace one of the mounts. Hope that helps.
