Soul forge not working

I have noticed that my soul forge enchantment is not working, I have removed it and reequipped it and still nothing. Any ideas?

If you have any 3-stat enchants slotted in your armor, the recent patch made updates to them that causes them to break other enchantments / stats / functionality until you re-seat them.

The workaround on PC was to remove your gear, unlslot any enchants, reslot the enchants, and requip the gear. This fixes the messed up wep/armor enchants and other erratic behaviors.

I see that your explanation does not accommodate my situation; I have no 3 power enchantments. I have a lesser Soulforged and a rank 8 Holy Avenger weapon enchantment. My soulforged enchantment stopped working. I was told in-game "Oh yea, my buddy had that happen a while back cause he had transmuted chest armor, try changing armor."

I changed to some cheesy 70 blue chest armor, sha-bam! it worked. This, however, presents the problem... I DON"T WANNA have to throw away my elemental dragonflight armor just cause of a bug! : (

this is more a testimonial than a solution. But if you change armor it might fix the issue, as i have been forced to do : C
