Connection issues

Hey,

Since yesterday I have started experiencing the following:

Mass lag with server not responding. Its counting till ~ 180 seconds, then everything starts to moving and again server not responding. Also at character selecting I got timed out too. Tried everything, unplug my modem, restarted my xbox, nothing still same issue. I got 120 mb down / 10 mb up connection, dont think so its the problem.
Now this morning, I got new message when I tried to login, "No shard available". Funny thing is my friends and guild can play without any problems, seems its only just me. Any idea? My vip is tic-tacking, I cant play on event, got tons of vouchers for double points...

    Been having same issues all morning and last night, was fine yesterday morning.

    My ISP is virgin media and I'm in uk

    Ill join you here and say I am also with Virgin Media as an ISP and ever since about 9pm yesterday (12/11) I have also been unable to stay online for more than 5 minutes without having issues like yourself. Any info help would be appreciated

  • yeah this makes me feel a little better as ever since about 8:30 - 9:00 pm yesterday
    (UK time) I have had severe lag affect my playing experience making it impossible to play the game which during this event is extremely frustrating to say the least. I have have tried everything from logging in the game and out, shutting the console down then back up and only now just tried to re start my modem all of which have failed to alleviate the issue. Interestingly enough I am also with Virgin Media so this is starting to sound like a ISP issue.

    I have also been having the same issue and I am also on virgin media in the Uk. Needs to be sorted asap. Seems to be only Neverwinter.

    same problem, im also with virgin media from the uk, any fix's
    just checked my other online games and no connection problems, just neverwinter

    the odd part is after a while the lag will seem to dissipate and I will be able to play normally but if I try to log off or leave the immediate area the lag will kick off once more not allowing me to play the game. At this moment I am still being affected by this issue any news on the matter would be appreciated.

    edit:I should probably add that this issue includes instance changing so im essentially stuck in one instance and place until the issue is resolved

    I have the exact same problem as everyone else, can we get an ETA on when this will be resolved, or at least or an acknowledgement of this problem

    I have the same frustrating problem to, i read this forum and also other websites on the net and clearly its affecting uk and other eu countries, therefore I raised a ticket with arc as stuck character. Here's the response they gave:

    Mod edited out private communications.

    I am awaiting a further response as stated above and dont feel very enthusiastic about it all, but will post back what outcome i do get from arc support. Maybe we should all post a ticket and see if they do anything then. Please note the support ticket has the latest response first and my initial contact is at the bottom of it.

    UK player here too, 2 days now of same server no responding and lag, nothing wrong my end been playing BF1 with no issues. Before this the game worked fine so no its not ping or amount of players online. Kinda irritated due to not being able to do this event or even play for 30 secs before I get server not responding

    Agreed... nothing wrong with anything at this end. Never had this problem before with neverwinter or any other game. Checked with my isp to see there is any issues and there isn't. My xbox is also hard wired so that also is not the issue. Sort out your servers and stop blaming it on other stuff.

    Yep, I'm having these issues myself, and I've been having them since 10pm on Saturday night. I'm also in UK.
    Thankfully, I've been able to get on and claim my VIP rewards before it starts, but that's about all I can do.

    After 2 days of disconnecting and server not responding I finally managed to stay online. I have no idea what they have done but is good to be able to play again even though it's still abit Laggy. .. but hey ho that's neverwinter for you.
