So what do you do when you lose a TON of AD over a glitch, but arc wont help you recover it?

Exactly what you're doing now.

1.) Tell them something happened and you lost AD
2.) Receive an email back saying sorry for the inconvenience but we can't blah blah blah
3.) ?????????????
4.) Profit.

Ask support for a rollback of your account to a point in which you had it. Thats about it.

I asked for any solution. Told them id be happy with my AD back, the diamond, or ANY other solution they could think of.

Their solution was to tell me to go f*ck myself.

From the sounds of the last post.. Sounds like you may have sold and item and maybe deleted the mail containing the AD? If that's the case, I highly doubt they would give you something back. Since it asks you "are you sure" if you're about to delete a mail with something attached. Like I said, just seems that is the case since you mentioned you'd be happy with the AD or the Diamond back. I could be wrong.

TLDR: Probably won't get anything back unfortunately.
