Chat not working after Maintenance Sept 29th

Okay, so I'm in game right now just after it got back up and the chat is not working. I am unable to say anything in any of the channels be it Zone, Local, Guild, Alliance, even a cross game channel I'm a member of isn't working. Not just that I think others may have the same issue as Dread Ring is awfully quiet. Not checked PE yet, will later when done with dailies in DR.
You know, when people said you'd remove chat as a fix for the wrap around problem you do know they were joking right?

    Same here also i can't log in on my character in mentol becose every time i got crash during loading.......
