Ice Winddale Please Help!!!

I am in Icewind Dale. First time I got there I could pick up the daily quests and do them. Next day the quests were not appearing even though it was past reset. I am currently on the Long Night Quest and I need 1 Auril's Tear to complete it. But I cannot get the tear because there are no quests that give it. I tried forging a contract with both people (the brotherhood and the lady), tried switching instances, reset the game but the quests will not show. The only ones that pop up are the PvP & Demon hunting. Please help!

    You could try to do the demon hunting and see if that will reset it. I had the same thing but making a new contract fixed it.
