Can not use auction hall or use chat

So I lvld way to fast and now I can't sell stuff in ah, chat in looking for group or trade chat as well as general chat. There's 5 chain quest lines that I over looked and now I can't get into any of the low lvl skirmishes to complete them, any idea what I need to do? I'm lvl 65 atm.

Same problem, hope someone has a solution. Am at Lvl 70.

If I understand the new measures, you need to complete Blacklake and Tower District storyline quests. So, go back and do them. I don't think the skirmishes affect the anti-gold seller stuff, so don't worry that you cannot do them.

This. I got power leveled by my buddies and was confused as well, but I think it's actually any combination of three beginning quest lines. Make sure you go back and do the quests to get the extra bags in the beginning too if you did get power leveled

I can't even find all the quest chains that I need to do, u have to complete 5 different areas for there quest chains.

Try going to Knox in the Protector's Enclave to get the beginning quests to areas.

Still nothing, can't get any quests lower then 60

You might have to try to talk to all the npcs in those lower levels, the quest icons don't show up over the npcs heads if your level is too high but they will still give you the quests.

I finnaly licked it. I also tried to no avail to fix my character. I finally gave up and started a new character and rigorously held myself to the story. In other words I held myself to Sgt. Knox orders, and if he said go to such and such I would stay there doing quests until I was sent back to the Sgt. (You always get sent back although you some times wonder). After being sent back from Helm's Keep at Lvl 34 The trade house was unlocked. The best part was that it also unlocked for my Lvl 70 character.

To unlock trading, auction house, and other social functions, one must have completed any three of the following quest chains on any one character on the account. Once unlocked on any one character, all characters will be unrestricted.

Chain: Return of the Crown
Quests to complete:
The Trail of the Crown
Cornering Karzov

Chain: The Tower District
Quests to complete:
Returning the Pain
Fists of the Warband
Into the Cloak Tower

Chain: The Plague Tower
Quests to complete:
Troubled Times
The Plague Tower

Chain: Blackdagger Ruins
Quests to complete:
The Sea Caves
Bloodying the Bandits
Grimstorm Keep

Chain: Neverdeath
Quests to complete:
Dragon Attack
Opening the Way
The Clockwork Tomb

Chain: Helm's Hold
Quests to complete:
The Underscar
The Being from Beyond
The Sanatorium

As soon as Module 10 hits the PS4 in October, one will be able to see much more easier in game these required quests as they will all be displayed in the new Campaign Layout screens and menus.
