Stronghold Jubilee Trader

We have a plot at our stronghold for a jubilee trader. It does not let us interact with it. Is it Glitched? Is it something for a later update? Is it something that can only be activated at a certain time?

    Certain time. The plot is for a trader that only stays for 24 hours and then leaves. It can then be rebuilt or not. This is a special item that was added for last Protector's Jubilee, a one week event celebrating Neverwinter's Anniversary in June each year. PS4 was released after it was over, but has the items for next time.

    wow I'm going to call that a evil tease from arc games BS. In game it says you can build it, but I spent days trying to build it. It took alot of google searches just to find this page which explains it. Proving again that Arc Games is the greediest game makers ever, and Neverwinter has the most evil microtransactions around.
