Young yeti missing

I farmed almost The Need for Meat for several weeks which today surprisely the yeti accepted my treat , I was all happy n claimed it n when to my inventory to equip it but I found out that even that I claim it , it didn't appear on my bag which I have 5 n 1 w full slot available, and I got frustrated, I though I was tired or something n missed it so I went and recheck it n still no yeti n even went to companion n not there I took a screenshot and also a video of when I got it n claim it but didn't appear in my bag or pop up in the reward screen.

Hope arc can help me out n get the item back cus I just bought Dragonborn pack, n this happen which really annoys me

Bump: Send a ticket got response afterrr 24 hours, asking me for Time n Date, been 48 hours already after that response and still no answer...

Where is the need for meat? I'd like to farm for this as well and then hope I get it.

You unlock the expedition II, and you get the daily; which needs RNG for Yeti to spawn, and when u kill him u get a yeti treat, and when u turn in the treat u also need RNG to get the Yeti took me about 10 meat, more or less..

I have that area unlocked but haven't gone exploring there yet. Will have to give it a try now and hope I get lucky.

The quest is called Need for Mead. It's in the little bar area in Icewind Dale. It's a good quest. You may not always get a Yeti Treat, and the Yeti doesn't like the treats very often.
