Particles Missing from Game...have to restart app to fix

Have this happen every day at least once...it happens in high volume of players (such as Heroic Encounters). My particles will go missing and won't return until I restart the entire app (logging out wont fix it). My fire pet won't have the flames, no quest or location trails, nothing...even by loggin in with a new character it wont fix it!!!

Can you please fix this major bug? The only fix now is to completely restart the game which takes several minutes.

    Must be talking about the sparkling, I get that alot with quest trails not showing. All the loot drops stopped glowing for me now as well which is annoying since it's harder to see. Loot glow was a problem for me before the patch but was rare that a app close/restart cleared the issue but that no longer works for me, even a system shutdown & restart does not do anything.

    If the loot does glow for me, it only lasts a short few minutes which all became a big problem after the patch was released but hoping it's related to the quest trails not sparkling since I've seen other posts about that & hopefully it's on their radar.
