About weapon and armor enchants

I have enough shard to refine into a terror enhancement, but there's only a 1% chance of upgrading? Is there anyway of increasing that chance ? I spent who knows how many Zen on wards today, to absolutely no avail. There must be something in missing. I looked all over the trade house to see if anyone was selling any, but I didn't notice any. Any help on the matter would help, thanks

Coal wards increase the chance to 100%, but cost 1000Zen. You can also get them as a rare drop in the invoking rewards in the Vault of Piety.

i would stop wasting time with the uncommon wards. Either buy the other ward or sell them if not bound.

Probably not much. AD/ZEN ratio on PS4 last I checked is around 135 or so per ZEN. 135 x 1000 ZEN=135k AD

Look for a 15% off coupon. Get them from the bags you receive from invoking your god. That will help with the cost.

My Artifact Weapon, Mace of elemental fire had an equip power status of 3,473 when it was Green. I've upgraded it to blue and the power actually DECREASED to 3,471. WTF?? anyone have any ideas why? last time i checked, when you upgrade a artifact weapon.. the power should increase. whats going on?

Don't bother refining it. with the cost of a coal ward, it's cheaper to just buy a terror enchantment from the AH. They were around 75K last night.
