Where or how to get dusk boots?

I think I saw them once in the Zen store but couldn't find them, does the merch there rotate or something? Or r they part of a pack or bundle not obviously labeled so I may have overlooked them? I even looked in the AH last night and couldn't find them. I have the head and chest from trade bar merchant and would really like to complete the set. Also r there arms to the set? If so where or how to get those . thank u

Enchanted Keys and Dusk Boots bundle in Zen store.

Once Guild Alliances (which is something like module 9.5) goes live, all dusk gear should be available in the TTB store (85 for body and 65 for the other pieces). For now, though, the arms aren't available and the only way to get the boots is through lockboxes.

actually you can buy them real cheap in the action house.. you need to go to refinement and then type in dusk and there will be lots if you are on ps4.. for a real cheap price around 15k ad

Most of those are starting bids, though. Few have an actual buyout price and you're likely to get sniped at the last minute if you're bidding.

Tell me about that....I was watching an item I bid on and literally 1 second before it ended I lost. I was like WTF....

It was for a 20 pack of Wanderers boxes and my bid at that time was around 5K per a box but out bidded at the very last second. I think bids should require they are entered in 30 seconds prior to time running with no one know who won that final bid until time runs out.

I bought a pack for my alt for 12k diamonds.

You may not get the variant you want though.

Click on refinement in the AH and type in pack, switch it to epic and youll find a plethora of them available.

Actually I think you can get the arms, they're bundled with the Grazilaxx companion.
