Random Astral Diamond Loss

So I have about 100k Astral diamonds because I'm saving up to buy VIP 1, right? Well when I open the Astral Diamond exchange, literally just OPENED it to see the listings, BAM! Half of my diamonds are gone! So now I need to grind for a few days just to get back what I unrightfully lost. I don't know how this happened, but I'm pretty upset.

    This actually happened to me as well, I thought I was imagining it and that I spent them on something by accident but I am sure that was not the case.

    Did you check to see if the ZEN you purchased is in your Exchange Balance?

    Yep, I checked the balance thing, my inventory, everywhere! It's just, gone...!

    My rough astral diamonds disappear from time to time as well.. as this didn't happen to me on PC I'm left to believe this is a ps4 bug

    I could have sworn I donated 98 AD to my guild last night. As it turned out it was actually 98k. Not sure what happened, Did I miss the part about my donation being x 1000? Or a bug?

    One other place to look is listings (and keep checking ZaX balance for withdrawal).

    The situation you described has happened about a half a dozen times to various folks I know and each time it turned out they had double-clicked to create a listing but the listing didn't sell (because someone else ninja'd the price point). They had a pending listing open that wasn't getting any bites. If you cancel the AD or Zen gets moved back to the ZaX balance and can be withdrawn.

    I'm hoping something similar happened here. The game devs are typically sensitive about the ZaX functioning, as that's a huge driver of revenue for them. Bugs do happen, but ZaX has been stable for a long time so perhaps it's just the confusing UI.
