Having to do Ghost Stories, I go to the area but the system (game) gives me no option to interact with the fence. I am able to do all the other quest but not Ghost Stories. I think its broken.

Did you take the quest for ghost stories in PE? Common issue on PC side was that people would get the daily qust to do the batch of quests, but would neglect to talk to the other harper to get the instance quest.

The instance quest I think is always seperate.

I am having the same issue. I talk to Harper boward and get the Common Cause quest, then talk to the Harper in Neverdeath and do her quests, but I never get the option to do ghost stories. None of the gates or doors are activated for me to go anywhere and get it done, the trail just leads straight back to the Harper. This happens for all my common cause quests, so it is literally impossible so far to even begin to complete tyranny of dragons campaign. Game breaking bug.

The quest for the instance is almost always given by the OTHER harpers in PE. Go back to PE and look around the main quest giver and see if anyone else has a quest. One of the instance quests is given by the Common Cause harper, but most are given by the other NPCs in the area.

PC players had a lot of issues with this too, including yours truely. Nothing worse than going to Ebon Downs and remembering you forgot the quest.

Try the Harper near the dragon hoard merchant on the north-west side of Enclave

Try going back to Protectors Enclave to talk to the Harper NPC, I noticed when accepting Common causes daily & the other daily that ghost stories is a 3rd daily but only appears once you accept those first 2 but it has a delay in appearing, usually only a few seconds but long enough you may run off without it like I did a few times.

Sparrow is right about the delay. Ghost Stories is given by Harper Boward but it appears a few seconds after you take the other quests.

Bear in mind once you go past reset everything messes up - never carry Tyranny quests over to the next day as they won't resolve properly. If it looks like you won't complete on time you need to abandon the quests or you'll miss out on 1 days missions.
