Just Hit 60 - Which Campaign?

As the title says, I've just hit 60 and now I'm overwhelmed with quests.

I can see 3 or 4 campaigns that have opened up, which should I do first? I've only done 2 or 3 boxes of the Tyranny of Dragons, should I see that through to completion or kick off one of the other campaigns like Elemental Evil? Or, do I ignore those and keep doing dungeons and skirmishes for AD?

What should I be doing? I hear there is artifact equipment that I need to get, where do I go for that?

Lord NovemberDecember? has offered me an artifact if I go to the hall of the nines or somesuch, should I do that first?

Sorry to sound dumb, but I now have 20+ quests and no clue on what to do next

    I started off with Elemental Evil. I think that's the first campaign that you should to be doing first, but maybe that's just me.

    Elemental evil is good to start with. Should probably be working on them all. Maze engine is also one you want to start on, the intermissions are only reset daily so takes a while to do it.

    Level 60-70: Focus on EE
    Level 70:
    IL under 2K: Sharadur and Maze Engine
    IL 2K-2.5K: Dread Ring (Under Dark) and Wells of Dragon
    IL 2.5K+: Ice Dale

    Really? lol I think I did something wrong then
    'Cuz I skipped Sharandar and Maze Engine and went for the Dread Ring

    The game's progession descriptions need some work. After I hit 70 it said Sharandar was above my level, but I was OK to go poke around the Well of Dragons. (about IL 1100-1200)

    Which of course meant I got CRUSHED walking around the Well.

    Yeah..... I saw that same thing. That said -- I can navigate around the well just fine (1750 Tank) -- It just takes me hours to kill anything. Sharandar on the other hand is easy peasy -- and the gear from there is only lvl 60 :-/.

    The game is easy overall if you get the dusk armor and that only needs 7 days of LBs for most players.
