Gateway says I have no active characters...but I do!

Well, I'm very new, so maybe I'm doing something wrong.
I logged in then tried to go to the gateway but it says I have no active characters.
I'm in game right now playing so I don't know what's up. Any ideas?

    I am having a same issue as you have. How did you solve it? I am at work, trying to log in from computer or mobile device, but it said that I dont have an active character, which I do. Anyone some advice?

    Are you logged in to the wrong account perhaps?
    or in to the wrong server.

    Tnx for the links. Unfortunately, it didnt help. I forgot to say that I am playing the game on Ps4, so since its just recently been released on Ps4, maybe its not optimised yet.

    The Gateway is not available on PS4. It's a PC only thing.

    I did not know that. I downloaded the app for Ps4 for my Android device, and it said on its description that it could be used for Zen market, trade house, Astral diamonds exchange, which i only wanted to play market a bit while I'm at work with some spare time.
