Leadership profession help

Hey just started leadership. It's at 60/100 on rank 1 or 0... I've done two or three of the questsets for it.
I can't complete the advanced leadership training because it says "no slots available" and 15 minutes. I have all the other requirements and nothing is red, just that messayed. Help?

Top box will tell you if your profession(s) has completed task(s). Click on that box then collect your reward from completed task(s). You must do this before you can start another task in that unlocked and available box. Now select the unlocked and available box to start a new task, select the profession to use, etc.

As an additional note, I would advise against leadership. It takes forever to get to 25 and it's not really worth it when you do.

Still easily the best way to get RP. I run 17 toons and get enough RP to take two artifact equip/weapon to legendary every 2x RP.

You are wrong, it is absolutely worth it. It does take a long time, but the chests and bags from higher level tasks are an excellent source of refining points. Even with lowest quality items as rewards and professions only run 2X a day, you can earn 8000-9000 RP minimum a day with 9 slots. Get a few blues or greens or run tasks more often and the potential is much higher. Not to mention being able to craft AD chest (save your AD donate free chests) and labor chests (ok, not valuable or needed most of the time) for the guild coffer but you lose some RP.

I've read that starting with leadership is the long way around. And in fact the 9th slot is 3 profs to 20 anyway, so at some point if you want 9 you need to get two others to 20 first anyway. I started with Jewelcrafting and just hit 25 so started to work on my personalised rings. Undecided on 2nd craft, leatherworking would make sense (I'm HR, so it makes my undies) but I went ahead and started that on an alt who has it to 19 already. Alchemy could be good, but I'm worried how long it will take. Plan is to take leadership 3rd so once it hits 20 the 9th slot will open up.

Depending on your luck, Alchemy is probably the easiest profession to get to 20. Alchemy doesn't level like other professions...you have to get the alchemical knowledge recipes to do the quest which yields any exp for the profession....but the exp you gain from that task will level you upon its completion.

Yeah. I actually started with alchemy, but with only 2-3 slots open at the time once I got to the level where you needed minor potions as well as aqua vitae (lvl 4 I think) it was slowed a lot due to not even being able to make a single batch to experiment on each time. Now I've got 8 slots open that'll change. Ok, you've tipped me over the decision point, I'll go with Alch as 2nd and see how it goes! Let's hope luck rolls with me :).
