Cannot post sale of Zen

I purchased Zen through Arc Billing, but I cannot post sale of Zen at the Exchange House. Why? Selling the Zen for AD was the sole purpose of my purchase.

    No, you buy Zen for cash, then you use the Zen-Astral Diamond Exchange to convert your Zen into AD, or vice-versa.

    Does the ZEN show on your currency tab? Sometimes there is a delay of it going to your account.

    Did you buy the Zen through Steam? Cause if you bought it through Steam it puts your account on probation for a period of time (Until Valve can verify that it was a legit buy and no funny business, and then send the money forward to Arc/Cryptic). If this is the case, you will not be able to sell the Zen on the exchange until the probation is lifted and anything you buy from the Zen store will be bound to your account (including anything that comes out of lockboxes opened with keys purchased while on probation).
