Rubberbanding/Lag/FPS drop ....

I'm unsure of the correct term to be honest but whatever it is needs addressing. There is nothing more frustrating than evading on my CW and straight after it i get like this double motion sickness jerkyness that comes into play, it's soooo bad. Then to mention the whole 2 steps forward 1 step back malarkey...? and my powers .. 1 in particular, steal time... 60% of the time i'm getting stuck in the animation, just standing there with my arms in the air, even though the power 'seems' to have worked, i am still standing there with my arms in the air...

Usually i'd make a new character but my level 68 paladin as stuck on reclamation rock !!!!!!!!!

    The lag is completely unacceptable today. It's been hit or miss for a few days, but it's reaching unplayable levels right now to where I just gave up and will go play something else for the time being. I'm rubberbanding constantly, I drop a spell then use another and the first doesn't take effect, I have to wait 0.5-1 full second for quest dialogue/item pickups to acknowledge I pressed a button. Freaking wonderful experience while I'm running solo through an instanced area where there's literally nothing but me and the server involved, and I'm fighting the networking more than the enemies in the game.

    Yeah something wrong today, problems start about 2 hour ago. Hope they won't mess AH again if they restart/maintenace to fix.

    I have a similar issue with my CW. I can't get through my quests because as soon as I hit steal time I am stuck , can't move, and mobs hit me. I have been killed over and over today by mobs 5 levels lower than me because I am stuck, frozen in time, and can't move out of the way. I am not dying because I am a new player and I don't know what I'm doing - I have a level 70 2.3CW on Xbox -I'm dying because my spells get me stuck and the game doesn't work properly. Please can someone fix this - it s really frustrating.

    The lag gets so bad I can't damage enemies and some of even them glitch with boss health. One advantage though, my wife kept picking up items off the ground and they duplicated.

    most is due to ALL game regions we normally see... us-east/west, asia, europe, south amrerica.... are not in this game... we are all playing in 1 giant region for PS4.... so 1 set of servers that are unable to handle the load.... Im surprised sony lets this continue as it looks bad for their hardware when it is the devolpers HAMSTER servers and setup causing it
