Why can't I see Pirate King's Retreat?

I have a quest from the Guild Stronghold to do this dungeon, but I don't have access to it, and I am now lvl 46. The quest is lvl 42.

    Im pretty sure it's still bugged. Why it was pulled from the queue list. If I'm mistaken sorry you may have to just find a group manually and run it. Again though pretty sure it's bugged and can't be completed.

    Ok, thank you. it was the daily quest from the stronghold. I will just abandon and reacquire. Hopefully the next one won't be that one.

    yeah that one, spellplauge caverns, and also throne of idris were taken out best just to remove the quest by the time they add them back you'll be 70 lol
