Why are game mechanics so sloppy on PS4 compared to PC?

There isn't detailed spell information. I have no idea how much some spells deal damage or heal, they just say "this does damage/heals. The damage types aren't shown either. Or when it says "gives increased armor penetration" but doesn't show the damn amount.

The targeting system is bonkers <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>. How am I suppose to do efficient "AoE in a line" spells when it auto focuses on a random target moving away from the group? Why can't i have the option to just aim and fire on highlighted enemies without the "assist" borking my aim left and right?

Why in gods name is the in game chat tied to the controller even with a keyboard plugged in? I have to press 5 buttons ln the controller just to say hello. What is this nonsense?

Are these glaring faults just temporary, or will they be fixed anytime soon?

    You can turn off assist.

    The "AoE assist" option does not effect the "AoE line" abilities. I had that turned off from the start once I noticed how borked the targeting system was.

    Apparently the line abilities are auto assisted the same way as At Will powers are, instead of being tied solely to the target cursor, which makes no <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> sense.

    I find that the PS4 android/iOS app is so much easier than a bluetooth keyboard. I just pair my phone, make it so the screen stays on (plugged into the charger), and stay on the typing screen. Then again I am a 99% solo player, so I rarely have any reason to communicate with other players.

    Completely agree! There should be an option to press a button on our keyboards to bring up the chat window. Seems like it would be an easy fix.

    Can you disable text from the main screen .I dont want to communicate while playing . I can use a mic for that.Thx
