Do repeatable quests stop I killed my 1st dragon with help and have the quest again.help much appreciated.

    They don't stop. That's why they are called "Repeatable".

    Repeatable quest help you earn currency to help you achieve boons within campaigns. I recommend running them daily (normally called dailies) to help you obtain the boons ASAP. Boons provide nice stat increases to your character.
