How do you zoom in and out on the characters?

I heard it had to do with the controller touch pad, but i haven't been able to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys! :)

    I's like to know that too, the thing is I don't think it's possible? I read that Neverwinter was suppose to have vibration in the controller as well. Nope!

    Is there a way to zoom out the camera on PS4?
    Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time.

    Would love this option as well, need to get that right angle for the Neverwinter Summer swimsuit Calen... I mean Screenshots Just sayin /Flex :*
