Bond of Virtue bug

It sometimes bugged, the powers does not apply, you still can press the button and your character still do the action, but nothing happens, the power does not proc, and as it's a very important encounter for OP Devo, this need to be fixed ASAP...

    This is related to lag, i can confirm it happened to me once in edemo also same issue with ITF and Knights valor on GF

    Hmm it's actually quite surprising because when i did experience it, i did not notice any lag, and i was able to properly fight and use any other power...
