Help with PvE warlock

So I recently started a warlock and am looking to be a puppet guy... What would be best for PvE: Soul binder or Hellbringer

    Soulbinder Damnation is basically your only option at below 3.2-3 item level, which is what you want anyway. As you get to higher IL, you can choose any tree and be effective. Soulbinder is still the only way to go. Hellbringer is completely outclassed in all aspects. A huge reason for running Hellbringer before was No Pity No Mercy. But with everyone running companions now for Bonding procs, combat advantage is almost impossible not to have especially since the puppet triggers CA too. Hellbringer also misses soul scorch, which is far and away the best encounter. In fact, your rotation should revolve around getting up TT and spamming SS as often as possible. If you're not using a daily, whether its TT for trash and IS for single target, you're just not doing damage.

    Is there a build people would recommend for a newly 70 Scourge Warlock?

    Having a hard time solo in Dread Ring so looking to respec to something more suitable for level 70 farming.

    GS is 2300 so got something to start with

    Already answered above. Search soulbinder damnation in PC forum and follow that.
