Vet getting back to leveling, which class to focus on (pvp/pve)

Hello guys, I'm back from a very long break and after all the changes around I understand that it's pretty hard to gear a 70 character properly, so, considering that I have all classes minus OP level 60, on which character should I focus first? Which class do you think is the actual best in PvP & PvE?

Gf it has high buffs, can be highest dps in game and destroys all in PvP.

Ridiculous (as usual). 1 youtube video of an Edemo run with a whale GF (and another GF buffing them!) doesn't equate to GFs ruling all DPs in this game.
il vs il, they're still behind GWFs, SW, CW in DPS in PvE.
Yeah, they can beat TR il vs il but IMO, TRs are very broken in PvE right now but are still amazing in PvP.

The only reason so many are calling for GF nerfs is because there is so few of them left to defend themselves. They're making a come back with new buffs and attention and CW/GWF are trying to push them back to obsolesce because they might rank in the top 10 of their ooooh so precious paingiver charts. Let me go grab a box of tissues for you guys.

Sharing with you what I know

My main is a 3.8k GF tactician. It's an awesome buffer but terribly difficult to play for pvp against equals if you are after kills. I can go buff/debuff in pvp, it's a great experience but requires a great deal of coordination.

2nd main is a 3.2k HR trapper. This is by far the most entertaining class to play. Can solo in pve, awesome in groups, i can deal 2M damage hits and I'm just 3.2k and no bonding pet yet. It is also great in 1 vs 1 pvp, But this class requires a lot of dexterity on the part of the player, you need to have fast hands.

3rd main 3k CW MOF Thaum, CW is very flexible in terms of build, there is no real agreement to what the best build is, so there's a lot of room for discovery. It's fun, still challenging but I find it less challenging than HR (IMO).

Highest DPS I know is SW, every Tiamat or Heralds instance always have SW's on the top of the damage ranking. I also know that they can be difficult to play in PVP. One SW i know can easily deal 30M damage with his daily.

I see a few recommend GF. GF conquerors are great for PVP, no questions. But if you do decide to go GF, no matter the build, please tank. The big problem in this game is everyone gets promised that GF is the best class. Then, they start going to dungeon delvs and start complaining that GF's are useless. They can't deal enough damage and they die easy (this what i always hear).

That's because they were not expecting to tank. Don't believe what you hear that GF's are only for buffing or that they are king of dps (they are not). As GF, you have plenty of tanking mechanics built into you, regardless of your build you have to be ready to tank.

During the latest time period I played my HR was always on the front page, hit #1 once and #2/#3 a few times, It's the character I geared up the most, so It's actually awesome to hear that it's a class being pretty good right now. I guess I'll start there, thanks man!

That don't have the highest solo DPS.

My GWF alt with a il 1k lower then my GF does amazing solo DPS compared to the GF.

They can, under rare and certain circumstances have high DPS if
they're spec'ed to be DPS and have another Buff GF spec'ed to be a buff GF buffing them.
Stop spreading this stuff please.
