What to Blow my AD Load On (Journey from 60 to 70)

Before I go any further, please note I am only concerned about the world of PVE.
Recently picked up the following artifacts, Waters of Elah'zad & Emblem of the Seldarine to go ham on this past 2x refinement weekend.
Have a pair of dusky boots sitting in the bank for 70. I can also snag the helm, chest from the tradebar dude?
Sitting on about 300k AD. What else should I be saving for/keep an eye out for when I do in fact ding 70?
Is the first big purchase an epic mount?
Appreciate any help. Class has completely won me over.

Once you have that your ability to earn goes up as when you move faster, you accomplish more in less time.
I think the dusk items are on the TB vendor but i never used it so I'm not certain. I know there are 2 pieces there for sure tho
