i had my DC jump on rocks in lava river and got the chest on first try, but my GF failed on 2 different paths to that treasure chest, kept getting little short or badly slipped, tried for 20 mins or so. getting very upset.

i personally thinks most GF do have some kind of penalities on jumpings, it seem alway get shorter jumps, i am using mouse/keyboard, and i tried controller pad, my PC not responding and i had installed months ago.

i even use b key so i could see where i am jumping or aiming for the rocks.

i search online, and kept getting old "1980's" dragon lair, search engine ignore my specific search words with "Neverwinter Old Dragons Lair", for ancient relic/orb.

i need map with very specific path/route to that chest, for some guide.

i had no problem jump over 5-6 rocks, but 7th or other rock seem little off, i am 2-3 rocks away to reach that chest.
is there 3rd way around?

by the way, i am disabled, just slow with keyboard/mouse and pad.

You should jump further if you're moving forward before you jump. You don't go quite as far if you just stand on the edge and jump. This applies to the Spinward Rise Tome quests in particular. "Dodging" classes can do standing jumps and use their dodge to get them the rest of the way as needed, but characters like GFs need to be moving forward before they do the jump to get the necessary distance on some of the jumps. This can be a bit frustrating as you still have to jump at the right spot, which is fairly small, and it's entirely likely that you'll fail it a few times before finally getting it right.

took me 2 hours and 20 mins to find specific jumps and finally reach that chest.

some rocks are like "morse code" with longs and shorts.

i was really on murderous rage, and want to order some voodoo thingys.
it seem GF has some kind of "weight penality" or handicap jump skill. devs really need to look into that, since they are not aware of jump restrictions left by old dev teams.

there no way for me to beat 47 seconds jumping all the way to other side, took me 10-12 seconds per rock with keyboard format.

i am having issue with z-axis and camera view, i like STO's format, it was easier to see, and NWO doesnt have right view zooming.
STO jumping is lot better and managable.
sorry, if NWO's UI settings look so outdated.

Here's a Dragon's eye view of the rocks. The chest is up top, if that's your first target. Try closing your eyes if ye still have trouble. :o

Before I stopped playing my GF as my main, when I needed to jump I would take off all the main armor....feet, head, armor and arms and I could get the "extra" I needed to make it, also I found if I need to run while jumping it's easier for me to hold the "w" down and just hit the space bar when I was at the edge (I don't take my finger off the "w"), this way I am not trying to time 2 keys (which rarely works for me).......hopefully you get that chest soon GL
