Couldn't transfer player container

I have been doing the underdark campaing with my level 60 GWF and have finished chapter 1 and 2, now i have chapter 3 mission and when i try to travel to the designated area it kicks me out of the game and i the message "couldn't transfer player container" I have tried restarting the game, the xbox itself, tried clearing cache...notjing seems to work. Is there a fix for this? As for the time being i am unable to continue the underdark missions and this inable to get Brueners Helmet artifact. :(

    I'm running into the same issue with the Scourge Warlock class quest (Pain and Suffering), and there's a forum thread on it found here.

    From what I've tested thus far, it seems like it's a connection-related issue with the destination map/zone itself. Hopefully someone official can provide more information on what might be causing this and how it can be resolved.

    Lag: Learn the different kinds and how to deal with each.
    Graphics: Learn the different settings and what they mean.
    Crash: Properly maintaining your system does matter. And it's on you.
