Hell the wrong with the game

(Terrible english.) So I just logged in after the maintenance and I realized the lag is terrible and also have 30 seconds delay and of course it is now like a tradition after the maintenance the chat is not working. I know they working on it blah blah but why you guys make the shard online if you have not completed the maintenance? I mean you should do longer maintenance but when it is finally finished the server must be playable! Jesus... Good job again.

    I am having zero problems, so more than likely it's your machine/net link.

    I can't even log, server not responding while loading PE, for every toon...

    laggy as hell. I'm on a university wifi (very fast, just checked the speed/ping), it's not my pc (very fast)...unplayable.

    Simply cannot log onto the game - after selecting my character and pressing 'enter world' the loading bar on the next screen fills to about 75% then crashes with error message gameclient.exe has stopped responding. Now support seems to be down? I only downloaded this game a few days ago and have had numerous problems with it - a real shame as I loved D&D as a kid and was looking forward to a nostalgic trip down memory lane via Neverwinter. If this is typical to what I can look forward to then I will be deleting this game very soon!

    Same problem here. I even tried several proxy servers (via CyberGhost), as such connection problems are not rarely caused by a bad routing. But no matter what, heavy lags (average ping > 4000ms), server not responding or not even able to log in.

    Got lags, rubberbanding and disconnects, too. Waiting for the 'we expirience minor difficulties, thank you for your patience' resmpnce, as if we had a choice.
    Chars: CW, DC, GF, GWF, HR and TR.

    i get disconnect crash everytime i get in a queue for portobello´s campaign, does it happens to someone else?

    same.. unable to play. got dc trying to do that new race event and was stuck after logging back in. server not responding announcement popping up every few mins. just got dc again and now chat is offline..

    Update - The issue seems to be linked to my characters being in Protectors Enclave - game allowed me to start a new character but as soon as I got to Protectors Enclave it crashed. Now cannot log in to any character without error Game Client.exe not responding. Anyone able to log in on a character not in the Enclave?

    I logged into Well of Dragons ok, just after the server came back up, but it was laggy as hell. Logged out, and back in about 10 minutes after that, all has been well so far.​​

    I have been trying to log in without success for over a couple of hours. As I mentioned before, the game will allow me to start any number of new characters but as soon as I reach Protectors Enclave the game crashes. Simply cannot log in to any character in the Enclave. That's it - I quit. :'(

    The game is less laggy for me than it has been in quite a while. 100% smooth this morning. However, some in my guild are experiencing crashes and disconnects.

    For US based players, this is the best internet speed test I have found http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest Run it and check your connection to make sure it is really solid. In particular the statistic Buffer Bloat can cause lag and disconnect in games.

    Better for me now after logging for 30 min. Not sure what that was, speed was/is > 300 Mbps. I think relogging for a bit might help some folks out. Ping was 27 ms and only around 4 ms of buffer bloat.
