Event managing in Wonders of Gond

I submitted a ticket regarding this thread already to GM, but they recommend posting this to Neverwinter Feedback forum. SO I will do just that.

I´m writing to you because I´m pretty mad at your event managing. I worked my HAMSTER off to get the doohickey that is required to get the creations of wonder pack. In the pack there are supposed to be many things (if your lucky) BUT NOWHERE does it say that if you get the apparatus of gond that it will be BOUND to account. So I just spent all of my astral diamonds, and spent all this time to upgrade a basically worthless thing. I´m pretty upset and if in the future you want to do an event then write what you will get accurately . I think I don´t want to play this game anymore.

I understand your frustration regarding your concern and we appreciate the feed-back!

Kindly be informed that as GMs and Customer Service Representatives, we have no say over any game decisions, however we send up reports with feedback/suggestions often.

Please keep in mind that Bound (Character), Binds on Equip or Binds on Pickup item's are permanent and cannot be deleted, moved nor discarded in any way thus, I will not be able to process any requests regarding this case.

I also recommend posting this to our Neverwinter Feedback forum, as this would be a good topic to discuss with the Moderators and QA. Our Development Team and Community Teams check the forums often as well.

So I hope that someone who can do something about this is reading and fixing the problem.. In the meanwhile I will be looking for a new game..

At least you got an apparatus of gond. A number of others who wanted it, couldn't even get it. Just whack it in your stable and enjoy the +whatever it gives you.

I understand your anger/disappointment. Making a doohickey takes a lot of time and/or ad's. But at least you got the mount, some people ended up with 5 bound preservation wards after all that time.

Personally I never participate in any event for the sole purpose of trying to sell something and make AD's. The market is usually flooded anyway, but at least making it bound means that the market isn't flooded with silvery gonds like it is with gold gonds.

it is just devs being control freak Jerks to make an item that is low droprate and takes so much time game money or real money to get bound on pickup ... i got one using 4 dohickey i acquired during simril event and saved ..... some from zen purchased boxes ... but can i sell the one good thing i got from 4 doohickey ? nooo. only reason i used doohickey instead of spending is cause i wanted chance at forgehammer but figured if i got a mount i could sell it for at least a portion of the value of 4 doohickey ... already had a gond mount from my first gond event 2 years prior didnt want one on other toons as it offered the same mount insignia bonus as dusk unicorn which i have for embelished and normal gond mount bonus' are worthless without a legendary mount owned or a summoned striker pet summoned .... so thanks for the shaft and no lube again devs!!!
