Hello, I recently bought 2k zen points on the xbox but did not recieve them.
I bought many before I always recieved but now it didnt.
my money has been taken off my microsoft account but the zen points aren´t there.

Xbox live is having issues with Purchase & Content Usage, so u will probably have 2 wait til they get it fixed
