PvP Queue Bug - explained

I'm purposely posting this as a separate discussion to help those people understand what's going on (or not going on) when trying to queue in pvp and not getting in at all since the Maze update.
The scenario is this:
Step 1 - Open Queue window (k)
Step 2 - Click on Player versus Player
Step 3 - drop down opens up
Step 4 - Click on checkbox for Domination
Step 5 - Status window pops up indicating waiting in queue
>>This is the first spot in the process where things can feel like they're going wrong. See note 1.
Step 6 - When the queue pops, a redesigned dialogue "accept or decline" window opens. It's now a timer window and failure to respond results in a 5 min leaver penalty.
Step 7 - Click accept
>>This is the second spot in the process where things feel wrong. See note 2
Step 8 - Dialogue window disappears. No status window. After a few moments, a new dialogue window appears to "Transfer" to the pvp map. This window also has a timer to "transfer or abandon". However, this time when the timer elapses, you are automatically transferred to the pvp map.
Step 9 - click accept and play Pvp as before

I have sat with the queue window open and watched it doing the following bugged actions:
Bug 1a. ...status says "waiting for queue" and the button "leave all queues" go from hi lighted to greyed out and the status message change to "waiting for map". And then after a period of time, the button goes back to being hi lighted and the status changes back to "waiting for queue" and never showing any other message or screen or window as to what just happened. It's as if the dialog window "popped" in the software, but never appeared visibly on the screen.
Bug 1b. does the above action in Bug 1, but instead of going back into the queue, I'm removed from the queue and the status message goes away and the button now reads "Join selected queues"
Bug 1c. does the above action in Bug 1, but instead of going back into the queue or allowing to join a new queue, I have the leaver penalty as if I didn't click on the accept dialogue window which never appeared.
Note 2
Bug 2 - dialog window disappears and no status window remains. It appears as if nothing happened. Need a status window as to what is happening. Waiting for the Transfer window to appear doesn't work because of the next bug.
Bug 1 rehash - open Queue window (k) and the bug from note 1 happens here again.
I hope this helps explain what's going on to both the players who are frustrated with not being able to get into PvP and the devs - please fix
