Throne Of The Dwarven Golds Infiltration Foiled Variant Ranking Bugged

I finally found this report bug section people where talking about. So after submitting tickets for it, i will put it here so you can see it and hopefully fix this.
So in this variant , you have to lead HULKS to charge doors in phase 1, this phase is extremely buggy/glitchy, or simply do not work as intended. No matter how fast you go, even if you do not miss a single Hulk, you will never get better than a SILVER rank result. And honestly i got silver only a few time out of extraordinary luck, cause most of the runs where BRONZE only, even again smashing either all hulk on the first go or missing one charge only. Also a different bug, but hulks sometimes run into invisible walls and will not smash the game.
I heard on PC the guy is supose to point at a door, but on Xbox we do not have this, so its a matter of taking a guess wich door you want to drop first. Now because of phase 1 not working properly, even a GOLD result on phase 2 and 3 will give you a general SILVER result. Thus making this achievement almost unoptainable. But it does not stop here, and its probably the worst part of it. It seem to unlock completely randomly, or should i say give a GOLD result randomly.
I have attached here picture proof of one of my run wich is a silver-gold-gold run that gave me a silver overall result.

As you can see, we get silver there even if gaining gold on other phases. Now have a look at this run by a friend

He get gold, yet achieved bronze only in phase 1, his progress bar even appear to be less advanced than mine. Why would the game give a silver for us, and a gold for them, despite us doing better than them?
I also made a youtube video about it, but since last time i was warned for posting one of my video, i will not do it here unless asked. I can NOT guarentee there is no "curse word" in my videos, wich is probably what got me warned the last time, cause its my way of speaking and i always speak like that.
In any case, keeping on trying to get a gold rank when you know only a perfect run joined with a case of extreme luck will get you the achievement is frustrating. Some people are tired of trying and i do understand them. I hope you guys fix phase 1 or make it that a combination of 2 gold in phase 2 and 3 guarentee an overall gold rank, but do something about it that make the achievement legitly obtainable if results are there. Thanks.

Im thinking on stoping the game completely if this broken achievement won't unlock... if i can't completion, i don't see the point.
We've done this so many times and still can't get gold, it's ridiculous

So i guess on xbox we can hope for a fix as well a little later. I did manage to get the achievement but it was not easy task, i gave the "solution" on trueachievements and i hope you guys that need it can manage to get it like that in the time being. But a fix is needed non the less and its not because i got it that it change anything for me lol. But like i said, its in the plan it seem... at least.
