Game Wont Start

Okay, i was playing fine before todays maintenance, but now when i try to start the launcher, i get an "Application cant start due to error code 0xc0000142" has anyone else gotten this? cuz i was playing just fine before the maint

    Okay It goes to the enter in game screen. Where my chars are. It wont let me click on anything. Even enter game wont work. No tabs work. Support, quit, nothing. I have to cont/alt/del. to get out of the game. Can someone help? It was fine 3 days ago.
