These prizes are valid for the XBOX Version of the game only. For those who won more than once, the Harper Bard and Mystic Pheora may only be claimed once but you may choose as many Stronghold Promotional Packs as you are entitled to choose.

UPDATE: We'll start rolling out codes to everyone on February 23rd, which is also the deadline to respond to the Private Messages we sent to the winners. If we do not hear back from a winner within One Week's time (by February 23rd at 11:59pm Pacific Time), your prize will be forfeit. Please keep in mind, if you've redeemed a Mystic Pheora or Harper Bard promotional code in the past, you won't be able to redeem another one (only one promo code of those two types may be redeemed per account). Stronghold Promotional Packs are able to be redeemed as many times as you have a code for however. If you'd like to receive a Harper Bard or Mystic Pheora code despite having already redeemed one, or would like multiples anyway, you may do so and give the code(s) to a friend.

Just to let people know as a few have asked:

The code for the Harper Bard and Mystic Pheora will grant you a claimable companion of matching name that once claimed, they will be Bind on Equip. The Stronghold Promotional Pack code will grant you a code for a loot container of the same name that once claimed will be Bound to Account. Inside the pack will be either Dragon Bone weapons for your Class (Bound to Character) if below level 60, or a set of Eternal Armor for your Class (Bound to Character) if level 60 or higher. Also inside are 10 Strongbox Keys (not to be confused with Enchanted Keys), and 4 Stronghold Chests of Campaigns. The chests and keys are Bound to Account but the Vouchers inside the chests become Bound to Character.

Each of the forums remain as detailed as before. I am not sure why that would be any more difficult, they clearly say what class they are for still.

Man, I was the first to submit a name per every contest category. Got boned, not even chosen for a prize. My RNG in this game is <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>. Guess I'll quit giving a <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>, those are the ones who get rewards.
