why a lot of account players was suspended?

Me and my friends, we only use xbox market.
And we've been suspended with no reason,and they say : you bought from a third part.
This even not viable to me, i'm brazilian and they sell for dollars. 1 dollar worth 4,15 Real (Brazilian money)
this means that 15 dollars is: 62 reals, almost the same of xbox market with security.
i'm so disappointed.
And the better part, i'm leader and only me can construct on stronghold, so my guild is stuck because i'm suspended.

    I feel your pain. I sold some rank 12's and 11's for what they were worth and have been suspended and told I have bought third party AD. Worst of all in my ticket I stated repeatedly that I did not buy AD and asked them to look into it and they still have not looked into the issue.

    They're suspending people out of suspicion. I think it's item linked or character linked.

    So let's say you post an item for whatever price. There are sites out there that buy items to resale for actual dollars. One of those sites buys your item, you're linked to the site and then suspended.

    If item linked, then this could go a number of ways. You're in protectors enclave. You're trying to trade a rank 11 azure for a rank 11 dark. Someone accepts. You then try to sell the azure because it's worth more. Somone buys it. But, you didnt know that the azure was purchased with bad ad or purchased from a site for money. Youre suspended.

    Arg they had the time to deal with my second ticket (which support opened not me) but have not had the time to deal with my responses to the first ticket. I am beyond frustrated right now.

    I am in the same boat. I did not buy anything from a 3rd party. Support seems to give you an automated response, then no other response at all. Disappointing. To make it worse, these topics get closed by the mods with a stock message as well. All I really want is for someone to acknowledge that they are looking into this problem.
