T. Lightning.... is it worth it?

Before I make an effort (and cash outlay) to get my perfect lightning to Trans level.. is it worth it? I am looking to be outside of the cookie cutter builds on a TR and wonder how it would fair in PVP. I currently have a T.Fey and T.Vorp at my disposal but wonder if the 32% base line weapon damage plus the extras at Trans level make it a gimmick or a bad HAMSTER. Thoughts?

    as a tr i can say its works perfectly with exe and build at pve and scoundrel build at pvp. as for sab build not that good.

    great info... I moved from exe to sab (not real sure why...anyway) so maybe I will use that retrain and move to scoundrel now. in your opinion (figuring the build being setup properly) could a scoundrel stand against an equally geared sab or exe in pvp? or am I comparing apples and oranges?

    scoundrel can complete with any same geared, other rogue pathsin pvp, but it also depend on how exp you and other player are.
