Unusual lag?

Anyone else experiencing unusually high lag lately?

On many occasions today I lagged so hard my character rubber banded/rewinded about 10+ seconds. I was half way across the SH map one time when suddenly I got slingshotted back to the other side of the map. Then in my latest PVP match I was running around dom unable to do anything getting the message 'Cannot do that while prone' and then after about 2-3 minutes I got booted for being AFK, while running around mind you. lol

Is it my connection or server issues?

Not sure. I just checked their twitter where they usually post reset info and I do not see anything listed for yesterday which is the normal rest time.

Well todays unexpected maintenance certainly didn't fix anything. Logged in, started a domination match, rubber band all over the place, then get disconnected. 30 minute leaver penalty. So tired of this HAMSTER.

Anyone else? I have been averaging 4-6 random disconnects a day for the past 2 weeks and this has never happened to me before. Really hope its not just me.

Sharandar has been far more lag for me lately. I have been noticing if I PUG a dungeon a lot of people are DC'ing lately.

Disconnected 3 times today in less than an hour. Twice while in Dom which gave me the penalty.

As I am typing this now I am sitting in Strongholds with 'Server not responding' at the top. WTF is going on lately?

Could this be my internet company doing something all of the sudden or have the servers for the Midwest just completely gone to HAMSTER lately??

Haha, you're funny :) I stopped counting how many times I get disconnected, instead I tend to count how many times I connect /and/ play (because many times I connect just to get disconnected again).

Today I was able to connect two or three times, and was able to play for no more than 30 mins each time. Also, I'm not saying I was able to play without lag for 30 minutes straight, but that I actually played 30 minutes mixed with many minutes of lag (yes, SERVER NOT RESPONDING goes to 180 seconds and more here).

That sucks.

I have never experienced this before though so that is why I am confused. Ever since around Xmas time either my internet went to HAMSTER or a HAMSTER ton of kids got Xbox one and are messing up the servers.

The lagging happend to me alot when I first played this game, I had fast Internet connection up to 30mps, what I notice is that my WiFi sometimes messed up because my xbox was on the next room divided by a wall. When I connected a cable instead of WiFi I never had a problem again. So try not using WiFi and connect a cord.

Yesterday was very different, a lot of people were disconnecting every few minutes, it was happening on the PC side too.

No doubt Cryptic will blame Microsoft again even though no other XB games or services were affected.

I've been having serious lag issues since the 13th. We really need to be able to turn down visual effects. If they can turn it down on pc, which generally speaking, will be far more powerful hardware wise than xbox, then we should certainly be able to do it. It's to the point where I don't want to run GG or SH anymore because too many people in one area will land me with a disconnect, or at the very least, make it unplayable.
