2 bugs in winterfestival

Two separate bugs in the winter festival, both are really simple, this happened on 2 different characters.
First glitch is a simple screen shake glitch the was really irritating made my eyes hurt n nearly gave me a headache but essentially didn't change gameplay. I havnt seen it pop up yet on other characters.
1. Log in
2. Go to winter festival
3. Play racing minigame
The second glitch is worse, my character is stuck in game at the festival, the door is sparkly but the option to leave does not pop up, with a travel post the option pops up but nothing happens, I tried joining a queue and nothing happened altho now the other players are in group with me and I now can't leave that group, so I'm stuck... I logged in and out n my character is stuck, can't do skirmishes, dungeons, or leave.
1. Log in
2. Go to festival? I don't honestly know if the festival is the root of the bug, but I'm sure it is.
3. Queue up for a dungeon, skirmish, or try to leave from the exit gate or a travel signpost.
