Missing free Blood Ruby

I do not see the free Blood Ruby that is today's scheduled winter gift. I have successfully obtained all the previous gifts, and my character's inventory is not full. I have checked both the "free" category in the Z shop; the refinement section of the shop does show blood rubies listed for 800 zen.

    Nope. Not alone... I got this too...

    Been running good since the last patch update. Thanks for that at least... :-)

    It should have been there @ 2 PST but I can't get it either.

    I was sure they said that this round of free gifts would be there from server reset time, rather than the usual middle of the "day". Looks like they forgot to change this for the Blood Ruby.
