recently i have came back to Neverwinter, i have had this quest for ages, with 1/2 characters to level 60 ( i think it means lv 70) i have one lv 70 and one lv 63 character, when i,ve come back to the game, it now says 2/2 characters and then points me to Car-koing, but theres is no one for me to talk to there to get the artifact of legend quest, the golden trails points back to protectors enclave,, so i,m stuck on this bit of the quest, i,m not sure if i need to get my 2nd character to lv 70 but has it shows 2/2 characters, i dont think thats the problem, i dont know if to abandon the quest and start over, because it just seems messed up for me, but anyway i really need the GWF Artifact, and the quest is bugging me, i ve spoke to everyone in Car-koing, i know the name of the person i should get the quest from, but cant find them. Any help please.
