SW's feat Parting Blasphemy's damage is being applied to caster not target

Parting Blasphemy is a feat that applied a % of weapon damage to a cursed target when the curse is removed.
However it is now damaging the caster instead of the target when removed.

Steps to reproduce:
1) log into a SW with parting blasphemy feat spec'd and slot power All consuming curse (to make it easier to proc a lesser curse)
2) strike a dummy until you crit and proc a lesser curse.
3) hang out until curse goes away
4) watch as you take the parting blasphemy damage.
alternate more fun way.
1) same as above.
2) line up the dummy's in a row (like in stronghold)
3) use Dreadsthreft with a high crit SW and watch yourself take a lot of hits
While this could be useful with things like a trans negation enchant and also with drowned artifacts and rousing warmth boon combo. I don't think it was meant to damage ourselves.
I ran the ACL using dreadthreft and all consuming curse and all damage from parting blashpemy through multiple tried was done to me and never to the target. but my DR went up nicely with the negation enchant
