I have Broken encounters since patch

need help to confirm this logged on yesterday after patch to see what was done to the CR found my roots don't last as long on target dummies so went to WOD to test found some issues roots are shorter but still work I use constrict then fox shift in hindering and steel breeze then dodge away and repeat. I used to have a second to breath but roots animations are shorter and the mobs come out of them as I move away . I don't have Act so I don't know if damage has been reduced due to shortened time but time rooted has been reduced . have not went PVP yet I will tonight. then went to Dragon runs and damage was way down I found after the patch ROA rank 4 does not work it animates and you see it but does no damage if used by its self if another encounter is applied then ROA works. went back to dummies ist shot ROA animation happens no damage at all fire hindering damage and use ROA and if dummy taking any damage then ROA works. SO issue is ROA will not work as stand alone this very easy to test just go shoot any dummy with ROA as ist shot. ROA is my maing Dragon flight damage producer and now its bugged

    Actually i noticed that even before the patch this week while testing something on dummies
    RoA just did no damage to the dummies
    Thought it was only broken for the dummies and was like "oh, just another bug - nothing special here"
    If it is in pvp/pve too that is some annoyance again

    They have a line about the duration of grasping roots being changed to properly match the tooltip in the patch notes here.

    The line states "Hunter Ranger: Grasping Roots' duration now properly matches its tooltip.". I do not however know what caused a change with this nor if it increased the root or decreased the root length.

    RoA on dummies issue is just because the skill doesn't target them ,you have to fire an at-will after your RoA to see the damage, but it's not important since it works as intended on mobs/players !

    Also does not work in HEs in WOD I have ACT no damage jusr shoot as ist encounter no damage don't know if it is due to a rank 4 or not rank 3 in power points did not do this
