About the "oh so hated motes"

So everyone is after the new elemental artifacts, but the BIG problem is the grind fest. I agree that the new and better weapons should take time and efford, but right now the mote farming is really boring and tiresome. So what about if:

- All the normal encounters gives a mote upon succes (or at least, a 50% chance) and the epics HE gives 2.

That way we could have partys running around the maps hunting HE instead of people just sitting around waiting for the "only one" HE with a 100% mote chance.

    My big concern is what happens when a lot of people have their new weapons, and leave the zone. Then anyone trying for one of these weapons gets screwed because there's not enough people in zone to do the guaranteed drop HEs. That'll be fun, I'm sure.

    That's why the normal HEs need to drop the mote, or at least, drop it with a bigger chance.
