Class Features for PvP: Warding Curse vs. Dark Prayers

Hey guys, let's say I don't need the mobility from Shadow Walk because, i.e., I'm holding a node. Which class feature would be better defensive wise?
Assuming both are rank 4, it's
10% less damage (which, as far as I understand, equals 5% less damage (because 120% less damage from TRs Courage Breaker also is "only" half, otherwise the target hit would deal negative damage))
vs.
12.5% more DR + 4% LS chance when under 50% HP
With base DR, Tenacity and T.Negation, I have 80% DR capped anyways, so I think the "more DR" part of Dark Prayers doesn't help me much. But the increased LS chance sounds nice. But it's only active when I'm under 50% HP. On the other hand I get 5% less damage pretty much 100% of the time when I reapply curses correctly. I'm torn. What do you guys think?

And thanks for your opinion. I think after the respec because of the Avalanche fix I'm going to put Dark Prayers to 4 instead of Warding Curse.
so in PVP Tenacity is about 40% +/- , more or less 1/2 of the 80% covered by unmitigateable DR
the rest to 80% is filed with Negation+ class defence + feat boons etc.
so if you have T Negation and 12% defence you get over the cap...82% (capped 80%)
If you take feat boons etc. or use DT and stack 5x having +60% defence on top you stay at cap, in theory you got 60%+ DR so its 40% tenacity+ 42% negation+defence + 60 % (for short time DTbuff) having 140 DR over all, this is very tanky except
someone comes arround with high power and broken T feytouched adding 18% damage on the 20% on top and taking 18% damage from you 100% of the time, lol who did have this idea, capping the weaker enchants only having 50% uptime and give the strongest of them a 100 % uptime, such an i.d.i.o.t
or some one comes arround having >155% Resistance ignored (near unreachable atm) and reducing your DR under 80%
or a skillfull TR walks by and presses one button...SE dead.... ignoring every defence
I used dark prayer in the past and its ok but far from OP in PVP, because it only helps in case you are <50% HP
Atm I take shadow walk or ACC combined with DT to have the option to stack 60% defence fast if needed, helps in case you do not get interrupted.
So ACC+DT against a TR in stealth means you stack 5x 12% DR only tracking him through invisibility with your laserbeam
WB is hard to set on a TR so ACC+DT can avoid some damage beside the fact that the Cos-Spammer deal piercing damage to some degree and nothing helps against that
some low geared say Warock is good against TR...but at some gearscore its not good any more, especially facing unmitigatable damge from SE and other stuff
every other class can counter that by dodging (Hunter, DC, CW) shield GF/OP, except GWF/SW
my HAMSTER DC does not have that much problems with TR´s, put some Fire of the gods DOT on them or spam devine BtS , teh rest is AS +DG for selfheal easy, and as far as I can say AS protects frome SE and is not ignored, block from GF also and other stuff, shadow walk i guess also

Tried dark prayer times ago and was not impressed
What i take is Shadow walk or since few weeks ACC because the spark Generation using ACC is so much faster, when encounter like HG crit or DT and DT Buff stacks even without WB on target, that 60% DR garanty immidiately, very tanky
