Steel Grace (GF)

I have noticed that when equipping Steel Grace on my Guardian Fighter it doesn't show on my stats sheet any increase of crowd control immunity under the defense section or PvP section.

Also, when equipping it as an active for PvP it doesn't feel like there is any difference for crowd control immunity.

Is this a broken skill or skill that doesn't work as intended for the GF? Also, are there any other passive skills the the GF has that do not work in PvP that I should be aware about?

    The only thing that ever feels like it works for crowd control is the elven enchantment. Even tenacity makes little difference and that's supposedly 39% when maxed. Too bad the elven makes you bleed x10 of normal or I would wear it on my tank in pvp.

    Regarding Elven Battle, it also reduces the duration of ITF on a GF... Making it an increasingly poor decision for tanks :(

    I know. It is BS because I can tell Steel Grace works in PVE but not PVP
